A visualisation of a year’s worth of tube journeys made by a single person. I was intrigued by patterns of travel and the idea of everyone having a different “imprint” on the tube network. Each journey or set of journeys tells a story that is unique to that person’s life, such as where they might work, people they might visit, or where they go for leisure. Yet when we are standing next to someone on one of their journeys, we usually have no idea what that story is.
